Special screws to hold the bed made of Duralumin and designed to eliminate the clearance with respect to the housing and also the weight suspended on the chassis. Its weight is only 0.08 gr. A brass screw with similar characteristics weighs approx. 0.25 gr.
They are compatible to be used in most chassis and benches on the market and the diameter of the head is Ø4.80 mm.
VERY IMPORTANT: Remember that aluminum does not have the same resistance as brass or steel and for this reason you can NOT use this type of screws to make threads directly in the plastic as it can bend or break.
First make the thread with a tap or use a brass or steel screw of equal size for this purpose. It is advisable to lubricate the thread a little before using it on the plastic. You should also use a flat screwdriver large enough so as not to damage the screw groove.
