Benefits & Uses
- Low Odor & Safety: Offers significantly reduced solvent fumes and a safer working environment compared to traditional solvent-based Mr. Surfacer lines.
- Scratch & Seam Filling: Retains the classic micro-scratch and imperfection-filling properties of solvent-based surfacers while using a water-based formula.
- Black-Base & Metallic Prep: Acts simultaneously as a surface primer and a pre-shade/black base layer, making it ideal under metallic colors, translucent paints, or for black-start painting techniques.
- Drying Time: Requires slightly longer curing and drying times than solvent equivalents due to its water-based composition.
